The enclosure of the ikan V5600 is made of plastic. It doesn’t look or feel very fancy, but therefore it’s very lightweight and simple.
The weight of this unit really supports the benefit of shooting with a lightweight vdslr if this is what you’re looking for.

weight with battery: 520g

The V5600 has audio and video composite inputs. The av goes into the side via a 2 meter adapter cable that comes with the monitor. On the other side of the cable there are normal rca inputs.

On the back of the device there is a component input via usb. There is a 15cm usb to rca compontent cable that comes with the monitor as well.

There are no outputs except a headphone jack to listen in to the audio of your av input.
