With IBC 2025 just around the corner, our editorial team is once again preparing for one of our biggest trade show coverages of the year. As always, we’ll be on the ground in Amsterdam with a full crew interviewing companies, creating video and social media content, writing articles, and highlighting the most exciting filmmaking technology and innovation at the show. And, of course, we will be looking out for new, exciting products and giving out our CineD Best-of-Show Award at IBC 2025!
After successfully implementing a pre-show submission process for the past years at shows, we are continuing the same approach for IBC 2025. Keep reading to find out how to submit!
We’re inviting manufacturers to submit their products or technologies ahead of the show to be considered for our CineD Best-of-Show Awards. This helps us make sure nothing gets missed in the flurry of launches, meetings, and booth visits, and gives your product a better chance of being properly evaluated by our editorial team.
For IBC 2025, we’re accepting submissions in the following ten categories:
To nominate your product or technology for a CineD Best-of-Show Award at IBC 2025, please fill out our submission form (HERE).
Deadline: Submissions are open until Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 23:59 PST.
Please note that you can submit one product/technology per submission form for a small fee. If you want to submit more than one product/technology, please fill out the form for each product. Manufacturers may submit multiple entries – there’s no limit. For more information, please visit our Terms & Conditions here.
Each valid entry will receive a CineD Best-of-Show Award Nominee sign to display at your IBC booth during the event.
If your product has not yet been publicly announced or released, we’re happy to sign an NDA prior to your submission. Just email us your NDA and we’ll return a signed copy promptly.
Over the years, CineD Best-of-Show Award winners have included some of the most respected and innovative companies in the industry: ARRI, Sony, Blackmagic Design, DJI, FUJIFILM, Zhiyun, Core SWX, BLAZAR, LC-Tec, frame.io, Strada, DoPchoice, and many more.
