BBC News shoots DSLR – Bionic Hand replacement

Slowly but evidently DSLRs are taking over news stations. I say it’s about time TV is getting nicer as well. Here’s a nice video by BBC freelance cameraman Johnnie Behiri who has been a driving force in VDSLR cameramanworld.

Not only does this video stand for great news done on DSLR but as a nice side effect it is also entertaining (especially if you enjoyed 127 hours) and eventually it feeds our gadget love too! Bionic man here you come.

Description:

An Austrian resident has chosen to have his dysfunctional hand cut off so that it can be replaced with a bionic limb. It’s the work of a Vienna-based surgeon who believes elective amputation and what he calls “bionic reconstruction” can offer certain patients with traumatic injuries the best hope of regaining bodily function.
