Canon Rebel hits the dirt at 100MPH. Keeps Working.

The camera mount detached with the deployment of the parachute. This Rebel took a hit at over 100 mph from 3000 ft. It Still Works!  In fact the guy is still using it today. The focus got messed up on the zoom lens, and there is a slight crack in the body, otherwise the camera is still good to go. Yee Haw!

Calin Leucuta posted these photos on Fred Miranda’s site.  The Sony Video Camera got trashed, while the Canon had only minor scrapes.
