I got the chance to interview Jason Wawro about his web series “De’ and Me” shot entirely with Canon 5D Mark II’s. Jason discusses the pros and cons of using HDSLR’s. His choice to shoot using the Canon 5D Mark II and minimal lighting helped to make the film a reality. The low light capabilities of the 5D made a huge difference in his shoot. Jason and his crew had a little mishap during the fight sequence where the lead gets punched in the face. They incurred some medical costs for that. In retrospect he would have had a stunt coordinator on set.
Check it out.
