Digital Imaging Reporter Magazine has honored B&H with its prestigious e-tailer of the year award in their magazine’s August 2014 edition.
At cinema5D we picked B&H as a partner not only to remain an independent, unbiased news and reviews platform, but also because we like their philosophy, customer service and the product range they offer to filmmakers like us.
Digital Imaging Reporter Magazine seems to have a similar view of one of the biggest retail stores for camera gear out there as they awarded them for the outstanding customer experience they provide.
In their extensive article about the inner workings and philosophy about B&H, DI Reporter concludes:
B&H is committed to providing an exemplary experience for customers worldwide—before and after purchases. Fair and competitive pricing, a deep and varied inventory delivered efficiently, unbiased and truthful information, a friendly and dedicated staff, and accessibility par excellence—these are all the reasons B&H Photo – Video is Digital Imaging Reporter’s 2014 E-tailer of the Year.
The award coincides with B&H’s 40th anniversary that they’re celebrating this year. In our ON THE COUCH segment about B&H (see below) Gabriel Biderman shares some very interesting insights about their background and the experience in dealing with all the new gear and constant development of the video and photo market.
