Canon 7D
DxO Labs recently published the sensor test results for the Canon EOS 7D, the Nikon D300s, and D3000. The Nikon D300s beat out the Canon 7D by a slim margin. The Nikon D3000 performed slightly less than the Canon 7D overall.
