La fusi\u00f3n de los dos valores ISO en una sola imagen no se implement\u00f3 correctamente. Panasonic ha lanzado un nuevo firmware que soluciona este error. \u00bfQuieres conocer los resultados? Contin\u00faa leyendo la segunda parte de la prueba de laboratorio de la Panasonic LUMIX S1II\u2026<\/strong><\/p><388236-inline-buylinks\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En nuestra primera prueba de laboratorio de la nueva <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.panasonic.com\/products\/lumix-s1ii-full-frame-camera-partially-stacked-sensor-dc-s1m2?srsltid=AfmBOopL6QLEhgNK2IxhUe2yEYEq6uxMMyiS2R_Uus-XlUYO2Gu3UJfS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LUMIX S1II<\/a> (haz clic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s1ii-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-exposure-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>), ya pudimos apreciar el potencial de la nueva implementaci\u00f3n del modo Dynamic Range Boost con los c\u00f3decs comprimidos internos y ProRes RAW en modo APS-C. Cr\u00e9dito de la imagen: CineD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los valores del rolling shutter no han cambiado con la nueva implementaci\u00f3n del firmware; Por lo tanto, debemos mencionar la mayor desventaja de activar el DR Boost en full-frame: al combinar dos valores ISO diferentes en una sola imagen, los tiempos de lectura son m\u00e1s del doble de lentos que al desactivar el DR Boost. Hablamos de un valor de rolling shutter de <strong>27.5ms<\/strong> que, para ser sinceros, es bastante bajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, es un problema com\u00fan con los sensores de salida de doble ganancia, ya que tambi\u00e9n hemos observado un comportamiento similar con la Canon C70, por ejemplo (puedes leer nuestra prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/canon-eos-c70-lab-test-with-the-raw-update-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de comenzar, muchas gracias a mi colega Florian Milz, quien fue de gran ayuda en la captura y el an\u00e1lisis de esta segunda ronda de pruebas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dynamic-range-at-iso-1000-drb-on-using-5-8k-proresraw\">Rango din\u00e1mico a ISO 1000 (DRB activado) con ProResRAW 5.8K<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como de costumbre, usamos Final Cut Pro para revelar los archivos ProRes RAW en V-Log antes de pasarlos por IMATEST. Cr\u00e9dito de la imagen: CineD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obtuvimos <strong>12.9 paradas<\/strong> con una relaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al-ruido (SNR) de 2 y 14.2 paradas con una SNR de 1. Adem\u00e1s, podemos ver 3 paradas adicionales por encima de la l\u00ednea azul &#8220;14.2&#8221; en el diagrama central superior; estos deber\u00edan ser \u00fatiles en la prueba de latitud que se muestra m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Estos resultados son impresionantes, especialmente para un c\u00f3dec RAW! Adem\u00e1s, el gr\u00e1fico &#8220;Espectro de Ruido&#8221; en la esquina inferior derecha revela valores de amplitud saludables incluso a altas frecuencias, lo que resulta en una imagen muy detallada sin mucha reducci\u00f3n de ruido interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exposure-latitude-of-the-lumix-s1-in-5-8k-proresraw-with-dr-boost-on\">Latitud de exposici\u00f3n de la LUMIX S1 en ProResRAW 5.8K con DR Boost activado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si todo va bien, deber\u00edamos poder apreciar todo el potencial del c\u00f3dec RAW de 12 bits en nuestra prueba de latitud. A modo de recordatorio, la latitud es la capacidad de una c\u00e1mara para retener los detalles y los colores cuando est\u00e1 sobreexpuesta o subexpuesta y se ajusta a una exposici\u00f3n base. Esta prueba es muy reveladora, ya que lleva al l\u00edmite el flujo de trabajo de cualquier c\u00e1mara, no solo en las luces altas sino principalmente en las sombras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como es habitual, la prueba de latitud se realiz\u00f3 en DaVinci Resolve, con la complicaci\u00f3n de que a\u00fan no es compatible con ProRes RAW. Por lo tanto, normalmente usar\u00edamos la aplicaci\u00f3n RAW Converter, que puede transcodificar los archivos PRR a Cinema DNG, un formato compatible con DaVinci. Pero esta aplicaci\u00f3n no reconoc\u00eda la c\u00e1mara (a\u00fan), por lo que no transcodific\u00f3 los archivos. Todos los archivos se normalizaron regresando a los niveles de exposici\u00f3n base (usando el control deslizante de exposici\u00f3n y cambiando el ajuste ISO al revelar los archivos en Final Cut Pro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En general, los archivos ProRes RAW presentan un ruido fino que me parece muy atractivo. Este es el punto donde las c\u00e1maras de consumidor full-frame suelen fallar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1La LUMIX S1II no! Sin embargo, tres fotogramas de reducci\u00f3n de ruido temporal est\u00e1n en el l\u00edmite para una imagen en movimiento, ya que comienzan a aparecer im\u00e1genes fantasma. En este caso, la imagen est\u00e1tica se ve mejor que la imagen en movimiento, que revela manchas m\u00e1s grandes de ruido de croma. Adem\u00e1s, la parte sombreada del rostro de Johnnie est\u00e1 corrompida por ruido de croma, que no se puede eliminar sin destruir todos los detalles de la imagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-summary-of-the-panasonic-s1ii-lumix-lab-test-part-2\">Resumen de la prueba de laboratorio de la Panasonic S1II LUMIX, parte 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El modo DR Boost activado con la implementaci\u00f3n interna de ProRes RAW de 12 bits y 5.8K en la nueva c\u00e1mara LUMIX S1II de Panasonic ha superado todas mis expectativas. No solo muestra valores de rango din\u00e1mico excelentes para un modo RAW (aqu\u00ed, normalmente, los valores de DR son m\u00e1s bajos debido a la escasa reducci\u00f3n de ruido interna en el flujo de trabajo de la imagen RAW), sino que tambi\u00e9n exhibe un enorme potencial en la prueba de latitud. A partir de nuestra exposici\u00f3n base, se pueden sobreexponer y subexponer 5 paradas, lo que proporciona una latitud de exposici\u00f3n de 10 paradas con margen de maniobra hacia 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por primera vez, contamos con una c\u00e1mara full-frame para el consumidor que est\u00e1 a la altura de la ARRI Alexa Mini LF (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/arri-alexa-classic-mini-lf-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>) en nuestra prueba de latitud estandarizada. La LUMIX S1II exhibe un flujo de trabajo de imagen muy robusto con un patr\u00f3n de ruido fino y agradable que se mantiene incluso despu\u00e9s de la reducci\u00f3n de ruido cuando se requiere una eliminaci\u00f3n de sombras intensa. Todo ello sin grandes cambios de color. Por lo tanto, supera a todas las dem\u00e1s c\u00e1maras full-frame de consumidor, pero tambi\u00e9n a las profesionales en rangos de precio completamente diferentes, como la URSA Cine LF 12K (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/blackmagic-ursa-cine-12k-lf-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-exposure-latitude\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>), la RED V-Raptor [X] (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/red-v-raptor-x-8k-vv-lab-test-dynamic-range-and-exposure-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>) o la Sony BURANO (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/sony-burano-8k-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-exposure-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vida se basa en concesiones, y esto no es una excepci\u00f3n. En este caso, ser\u00eda la baja velocidad de lectura, que resulta en un rolling shutter de 27.5ms para el modo full-frame (con DR Boost activado y desactivado, se obtienen unos buenos 12.7ms). Sin embargo, el excelente IBIS integrado en la c\u00e1mara puede mitigar la mayor\u00eda de los efectos negativos del rolling shutter en muchos escenarios de grabaci\u00f3n. Una buena alternativa podr\u00eda ser el modo APS-C para ProRes RAW. Adem\u00e1s, podemos ver 3 paradas adicionales por encima de la l\u00ednea azul &#8220;14.2&#8221; en el diagrama central superior; estos deber\u00edan ser \u00fatiles en la prueba de latitud que se muestra m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Estos resultados son impresionantes, especialmente para un c\u00f3dec RAW! Adem\u00e1s, el gr\u00e1fico &#8220;Espectro de Ruido&#8221; en la esquina inferior derecha revela valores de amplitud saludables incluso a altas frecuencias, lo que resulta en una imagen muy detallada sin mucha reducci\u00f3n de ruido interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exposure-latitude-of-the-lumix-s1-in-5-8k-proresraw-with-dr-boost-on\">Latitud de exposici\u00f3n de la LUMIX S1 en ProResRAW 5.8K con DR Boost activado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si todo va bien, deber\u00edamos poder apreciar todo el potencial del c\u00f3dec RAW de 12 bits en nuestra prueba de latitud. A modo de recordatorio, la latitud es la capacidad de una c\u00e1mara para retener los detalles y los colores cuando est\u00e1 sobreexpuesta o subexpuesta y se ajusta a una exposici\u00f3n base. Esta prueba es muy reveladora, ya que lleva al l\u00edmite el flujo de trabajo de cualquier c\u00e1mara, no solo en las luces altas sino principalmente en las sombras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como es habitual, la prueba de latitud se realiz\u00f3 en DaVinci Resolve, con la complicaci\u00f3n de que a\u00fan no es compatible con ProRes RAW. Por lo tanto, normalmente usar\u00edamos la aplicaci\u00f3n RAW Converter, que puede transcodificar los archivos PRR a Cinema DNG, un formato compatible con DaVinci. Pero esta aplicaci\u00f3n no reconoc\u00eda la c\u00e1mara (a\u00fan), por lo que no transcodific\u00f3 los archivos. La \u00fanica c\u00e1mara full-frame capaz de hacerlo fue la ARRI Alexa Mini LF (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/arri-alexa-classic-mini-lf-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>) y la Sony BURANO 8K, que alcanz\u00f3 cerca de 10 paradas (prueba de laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/sony-burano-8k-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-exposure-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>). En este caso, la imagen est\u00e1tica se ve mejor que la imagen en movimiento, que revela manchas m\u00e1s grandes de ruido de croma.
