NANLITE has unveiled the PavoSlim 360C, the largest panel in the PavoSlim series to date. This 4′ × 2′ RGBWW soft light features 370W output delivering 27,060 lux at 1 meter, a magnesium alloy body weighing just 5.73 kg / 12.63 lb, and the series’ signature ultra-slim profile at only 1.96 cm / 0.77 in thick.
The NANLITE PavoSlim lineup has grown considerably since we first saw prototypes at IBC 2023. What started as 1×1′ and 2×1′ panels has expanded to include 2×2′ foldable models, the slim 2×0.5′ and 4×1′ configurations, and now this flagship 4×2′ fixture. The 360C addresses a clear gap in the market for large, high-output soft panels that remain lightweight and easy to deploy on location.
The PavoSlim 360C marks the first use of magnesium alloy in the PavoSlim series. This material choice serves dual purposes: structural rigidity with reduced weight, and improved thermal management. The rear of the fixture features a large multi-row heat sink that enables fanless operation, allowing cinematographers to use the light in sound-sensitive environments without worrying about noise.
Despite its substantial 4′ × 2′ surface area, the fixture body weighs only 5.73 kg / 12.63 lb. NANLITE claims setup takes less than a minute, with a pre-installed pop-up softbox that deploys via hook-and-loop fasteners and an included eggcrate that attaches with an elastic strap.
With 370W of power, the PavoSlim 360C delivers 27,060 lux at 1 meter when set to 5,600K. NANLITE claims this represents up to three times the illuminance of comparable light mats. The advanced optical lens design is said to provide better light mixing and more concentrated output compared to traditional flexible LED panels.
Color temperature spans from 2,400K to 12,000K, significantly wider than the 2,700K-7,500K range found on smaller PavoSlim models. Green/magenta adjustment of ±150 helps match other fixtures on set. NANLITE rates the color rendition at CRI 96, TLCI 97, and TM-30 Rf/Rg of 94/100.
The fixture operates across five modes: CCT, HSI, RGBW, Gel, and Effect. The Gel mode includes 460 preset gel simulations from Lee and Rosco libraries, while 15 built-in special effects offer adjustable parameters for practical lighting scenarios. These modes follow the same implementation found in other PavoSlim RGBWW models, maintaining consistency across the series.
Control options include onboard adjustment via the external control unit, the NANLINK app for wireless operation, DMX/RDM for wired integration, and LumenRadio CRMX for wireless DMX. This matches the comprehensive control scheme across the broader PavoSlim lineup.
Power flexibility includes AC mains, DC input, and V-mount battery operation. When running on batteries, output varies depending on battery voltage and capacity. With a single 14.4V-14.8V battery, maximum output reaches 35%; with two batteries at that voltage, it climbs to 75%. Using 26V or 28.8V batteries allows 65% output from one battery or full 100% output from two. The circuit design supports hot-swapping between power sources, though current intensity must remain within the supported range of the selected power supply.
A universal holder with a 5/8″ baby pin provides standard mounting options, while a quick-release clamp attaches to the control unit plate for secure connection to light stands or truss systems. A rear hanging loop accommodates safety cables for overhead installations. The included carrying bag features a solid internal structure designed to protect the fixture during transport.
For productions requiring even larger soft sources, an optional Dual-Panel Coupler (AS-DPC-PS360) allows two PavoSlim 360C fixtures to combine into a 4′ × 4′ configuration.
The PavoSlim lineup now spans six size configurations: 2×0.5′ (60CL), 1×1′ (60B/60C), 2×1′ (120B/120C), 2×2′ (240B/240C), 4×1′ (240CL), and now 4×2′ (360C). The 2×0.5′, 4×1′, and 4×2′ sizes are available only in full-color RGBWW versions.
The NANLITE PavoSlim 360C is shipping now at $2,490 USD, excluding local taxes. The fixture will be on display at BSC Expo in London during February 2026. For more information, visit NANLITE’s website.
