Aiarty has released a new version of its Image Enhancer software. Version 3.5 introduces strength control for fine-tuning, a set of built-in color correction tools, and faster processing on supported GPUs. The software is designed for photographers, filmmakers, and visual content creators who need a straightforward way to clean up stills, prepare images for editing, or upscale older material. Also, a Black Friday discount is available, which includes a lifetime license, so now is the time to take a closer look!
Earlier this year, we looked at Aiarty’s Video Enhancer and found it useful for cleaning up noisy or compressed footage. The Image Enhancer applies a similar approach to still images, now with more control and new tools introduced in Version 3.5.
Version 3.5 brings three clear updates to the Image Enhancer. The new Strength slider allows for more accurate control over how much sharpening, noise reduction, or structure restoration is applied. Basic color tools let you adjust exposure, vibrance, tone, and overall balance without leaving the application. In addition, Aiarty has introduced optimizations for newer GPUs for faster rendering. The software continues to run entirely on the desktop, so no cloud upload is required.
According to the company, the AI-powered tool is designed to do the following:
Supported formats include RAW files such as .dng, .cr3, .cr2, .nef, .arw, .orf, and .rw2, as well as .heic, .jpg, .png, and .tiff. Output is available in .jpg or .png format at 8 or 16 bits, with DPI options from 72 to 1000.
To see how the updated Image Enhancer behaves, I ran a few difficult portraits through it, images that were unusable in their original state. Attempts to recover them in other applications produced either excessive smoothing or harsh artifacts. Once the image was paired with the right model, Aiarty produced a result that was consistent and entirely usable.
The More Detail GAN v3 model produced a clean, natural look on one portrait, with sharper definition that held up under close inspection. Real Photo suited the second image, which had softer lighting and more noise. Two-pass processing sometimes improved fine detail, although in some cases it pushed the reconstruction further than I wanted. Testing a few combinations is the most reliable approach.
Noise reduction was more consistent with moderate Strength values. Higher settings occasionally introduced reconstructed textures, so a lighter touch is preferred to preserve the image’s original character. The new color tools are helpful as neutral starting points, especially when preparing a batch for editing, as you don’t have to use another app.
Face Restoration worked particularly well on evenly lit images. In other cases, it shifted the underlying structure more than I wanted, so I treated it as an optional step rather than something I would apply by default. Its usefulness really depends on what you’re trying to bring back in the image. The company does not recommend using it by default, as it’s best suited for users who want to improve facial clarity in specific images.
If you want to try it yourself, Aiarty is offering a huge Black Friday Super Sale on the Image Enhancer, as well as other models, which include a Lifetime License – a one-time fee valid for up to three computers, with unlimited free upgrades. The Image Enhancer, normally $155, is now $99. You can read more about the Image Enhancer on their website.
Other discounted Bundles are also available, including the Image Enhancer and the Video Enhancer for $199 (normally $390) and the Image Enhancer and Image Matting for $129 (normally $264).

A camera was put in my hands at 16, and I’ve been taking photographs ever since. Before moving to Vienna, I worked as a photographer on film sets, telling stories as they unfolded behind the scenes. Since then, I’ve focused on immersive theater, both as a photographer and an actor. I am the photographer for the award-winning Nesterval ensemble, documenting the energy and atmosphere of their performances. I’m a teller of stories. Stories hold my interest. I’ll take on any project with a story to tell.
