Netflix recently approved the Canon EOS C80 for shooting documentaries, series, and feature films. If you plan on using the EOS C80 for your next project, keep reading to learn more about the streaming giant’s guidelines!
The Canon EOS C80 was released in September 2024 and is the successor of the very popular EOS C70. This compact cinema camera received many improvements based on user feedback and features a full-frame image sensor, a 12G-SDI output port, a triple-base ISO, built-in internal NDs, and is capable of shooting internally in 12-bit 6K 6000 x 3164 Cinema RAW Light.
