DP Review’s take on the Nikon D300s.

DP Review recently posted it’s take on the Nikon D300s. The video on this camera is no comparison to the Canon 7D. The video review is in section nineteen. No real manual settings in movie mode, everything must be set prior to Live View. While shooting, automatic exposure sets in and you are stuck with variable gain. The audio is a mere 11khz compared to the standard 48khz. The Video mode on this camera is truly an afterthought. Maybe they should have forgotten about video completely and stuck with stills.
