Let’s take a look at the new modifiers and the new Switch Inserts that are used to attach the modifiers to light sources.
The Rapid Box Switch range come in three shapes; the traditional octagonal, rectangular and strip. They shapes are available in a range of sizes and feature a silver interior for maximum light output, and tested colour accurate fabrics. Additionally, the Westcott Beauty Dish Switch is part of the new range, with a 24 inch diameter. The modifiers are easily constructed and collapsed, and can be configured with the new Switch Inserts too.
40 degree egg crate grids are also available for every shape and size modifier too, for further control of the light source.
Switch inserts are the new way of connecting your light source to any of the Rapid Box Switch range. The adapter is constructed fully out of metal, and is easily connected and locked to the Switch modifier using a thumb lock. The Switch Inserts are designed to work with many of the leading light sources from brands such as Elinchrom, Profoto and Speedlite, with 13 interchangeable mounts available.
