On the show floor at BSC Expo 2026 in London, we stopped by Accsoon’s booth to check out the latest updates to their CineView M7 monitor series. These include an upcoming, more affordable HDMI-only model, the CineView M7H Pro, as well as a recent firmware update that brings improved camera control, new monitoring tools, vertical workflow optimization, and more.
First announced in April 2025, the Accsoon CineView M7 Pro and M7 are smart 7-inch production monitors that offer an ever-growing set of features at a reasonable price. The CineView M7 Pro is particularly interesting as it serves both as a monitor and a wireless video transmitter/receiver, while the regular M7 lacks a built-in video transmission module.
Since their launch, the CineView M7 series monitors have already received quite a few major firmware updates, the latest of which was released as recently as last month. Also, a new HDMI-only CineView M7 monitor is on its way. Let’s have a look!
To begin with, the upcoming CineView M7H Pro is essentially the same as the existing M7 Pro, but is offered as an HDMI-only option without SDI capabilities. This simplified I/O hardware configuration makes it more affordable, which is good news for entry-level users working with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
Just like the M7 Pro, the new M7H features a 7-inch, 1000-nit IPS touchscreen display and is an all-in-one system offering monitoring, 4K H.264/H.265 proxy recording, live streaming, and built-in wireless video capabilities. The monitor can act either as a wireless transmitter or receiver, and is compatible with other CineView M7 monitors or the company’s CineView Master 4K wireless video transmission system.
Moreover, the company has recently rolled out a new firmware update for the CineView M7 Pro and M7 that expands the list of compatible cameras for camera control, which now includes the following models:
The addition of Nikon cameras is particularly interesting, although it comes with a few limitations. Indeed, the most talked-about model – the Nikon ZR – is currently missing from this list. Also, while camera settings can be adjusted even on entry-level bodies, the touch-to-focus function is only supported with the flagship Z8 and Z9.
Furthermore, the update brings new focus and exposure assist tools. Particularly, a new Peaking function now sits next to the existing Focus tool, providing an easier way to judge critical focus that works by sharpening the edges of in-focus subjects without distracting color overlays. Moreover, a new ARRI-style false color tool has been added. This supports ARRI LogC3 and LogC4 signals as well as EI (Exposure Index) selection.
Lastly, the Accsoon SEE app now offers a new vertical UI that should simplify the production of social media content, while vertical live-streaming is now supported as well.
While there’s currently no official word on the price and availability of the new Accsoon CineView M7H, this model should be cheaper than the M7 Pro and regular M7, which retail for $899 and $799, respectively.
The latest firmware update for the Accsoon CineView M7 series monitors is now available to download for free from the company’s website.
