Accsoon Brings Major Updates to SEE App, CineView Master 4K, and CineView M7 Series

At IBC 2025 in Amsterdam, Accsoon rolled out three significant updates across their product ecosystem: a free expansion of the SEE iOS app for camera monitoring and control, a powerful firmware upgrade for the CineView Master 4K, and new accessories and features for the CineView M7 and M7 Pro monitors. CineD spoke with the team at the show in a dedicated video interview.

With these announcements, Accsoon is clearly targeting both independent creators and professional crews, further tightening the integration between mobile devices, wireless monitoring, and on-set camera control.

SEE iOS app adds free camera monitoring and control

The Accsoon SEE iOS app now turns iPhones and iPads into advanced monitoring tools, connecting directly to popular Sony and Canon mirrorless cameras via USB-C. This gives users access to exposure aids such as waveform, false color, RGB parade, and zebra patterns, alongside camera control functions including ISO, aperture, shutter, and white balance adjustments.

Supported models include the Sony A74, A7R4, FX30, A7C2, A9M3 and Canon R5, R6, R5 II, R6 II, R7, and R8. While video quality and latency are still tied to the camera’s USB output, filmmakers seeking higher fidelity can pair the app with Accsoon’s SeeMo or CineView products for HDMI or SDI input.

CineView Master 4K gets H.265 encoding and more connections

A free firmware update for the CineView Master 4K adds full H.265 encoding at up to 4K60, delivering sharper image quality or smaller file sizes at the same bitrate. This boosts both monitoring and recording capabilities in professional workflows.

The update also increases the maximum number of receivers from four to ten, enabling larger teams to monitor simultaneously across studios, sets, or live productions. Improved channel optimization strengthens stability in crowded wireless environments, while MFi refinements enhance iPhone and iPad performance. The firmware (v3.30) is already available via the SEE app.

CineView M7 and M7 Pro gain V-Lock adapter and FX6 touch control

Accsoon has also introduced an NP-F to V-Lock battery adapter for the CineView M7 and M7 Pro, addressing a long-standing request from professional crews who rely on V-Mount power systems. The adapter attaches securely to the NP-F plates on the monitors and will retail for $99.

On the software side, a public beta adds Sony FX6 control over Wi-Fi directly from the CineView touchscreen. Users can remotely adjust aperture, shutter, ISO, and white balance, or trigger recording, effectively turning the M7 series into powerful control hubs for FX6 shooters.
