The new Canon EOS 70D announced early last month is now available and in limited stock.
We tested the camera that shined with a promising new autofocus system, but lacked some improvement in image quality on the video side. If the auto-focus is important for you the 70D might be your thing, otherwise you’ll find some other options in our gear-guide.
Here are the details for those who have forgotten what the Canon 70D is about:
• The 70D uses the new DIGIC 5+ engine• Much improved auto focus system.• 20.2MP APS-C CMOS Sensor.• Built-In Wireless• DSLR: Continuous Shooting Rate Up to 7 fps• ISO 100-12800 (Expandable to ISO 25600)
The Canon EOS 70D goes for $1549 including the autofocus lens 18-135mm STM f/3.5-5.6: LINK.
