BLAZAR is jumping into the holiday season with a strong lineup of Black Friday 2025 deals, offering up to 35% off a wide selection of their popular lenses. Known for delivering cinematic character, solid build quality, and impressive performance at competitive prices, BLAZAR has quickly become a favorite among indie filmmakers and content creators. This year’s sale makes their lineup even more accessible — and it’s definitely worth a look. Deals are available until December 1st, 2025.
We’ve followed BLAZAR’s releases closely over the past years — from early prototype demos to hands-on reviews — and their lenses continue to strike a compelling balance between creativity and affordability. Whether you’re looking to expand your cine lens kit or upgrade to a more stylized look, Black Friday might be the perfect time to jump in.
• Remus / Remus-M 1.5X Anamorphic: Starting at $699 (saving $100)
Back in 2023, the company launched the first set of Remus series, consisting of affordable anamorphic lenses. With now a total of 11 lenses in the lineup, you can also benefit from investing in one of their many sets. You can read up on these lenses here.
• Mantis 1.33X Anamorphic: Starting at $699 (saving $200)
The BLAZAR Mantis series was only announced earlier this year, which we covered during NAB; in case you missed it, make sure to check out our interview video with them. The manufacturer notes that the built-in oval IRIS gives these lenses the richer, more dramatic anamorphic effect usually associated with 1.5×–2× optics.
In July, Johnnie also reviewed the Mantis 1.33x 35mm anamorphic lens on the Sony FX2 while visiting Japan.
• Cato 2X Anamorphic: Starting at $899 (saving $300)
The Cato series was released back in October 2024 and offers a constant 2x anamorphic squeeze ratio. The company markets it as the lightest 2x anamorphic lens set for large-format shooters. You can check out our coverage, as well as our first-look interview video.
• Apex 1.33X AF Anamorphic: Starting at $799 (saving $100)
First seen at IBC 2024 (video/article here), the BLAZAR Apex 1.33x AF anamorphic lenses are claimed to be the world’s first autofocus anamorphic lenses on the market. We also reviewed the 35mm and 50mm (including footage!) here.
• Beetle 1.33X Anamorphic: Starting at $499 (saving $100)
Just last month, BLAZAR announced the start of shipping for the Beetle 1.33× Anamorphic lineup, a trio of compact full-frame lenses (32mm, 45mm, and 65mm), each equipped with a built-in 90° rotation system for quick switches between horizontal and vertical shooting. The series is designed for creators working across both cinematic projects and social-media formats.
BLAZAR’s Black Friday 2025 deals are currently available until December 1st on their online store, which can be found here.
Be sure to check out other Black Friday offers, as well as our Top 3 Deals, which we update daily in the lead-up to Black Friday.
