Price Reductions on DaVinci Resolve Keyboards and Panels

Blackmagic Design has just announced that they’ll reduce the prices for its DaVinci Resolve color correction panels and editor keyboards. Also, all keyboards and panels will now include a full DaVinci Resolve Studio activation key. Let’s take a closer look at it!

Back in February, Blackmagic Design released DaVinci Resolve 17 and introduced a new Speed Editor keyboard. If you missed it, watch our review of the Speed Editor keyboard here.

If you bought a full DaVinci Resolve Studio license during the past few months, you got the Speed Editor keyboard for free. Unfortunately, this offer has expired.

While many manufacturers are increasing their prices due to components shortage and pandemic-related issues, Blackmagic Design is going the other way around with the announcement of price reductions on most of its color correction panels.

Price reductions on DaVinci Resolve keyboards and panels

If you’ve been waiting to get one of DaVinci Resolve keyboards or a color correction panel, this might be the right time to invest.

If you’re serious about editing or color correction, these hardware controllers can increase your productivity a lot. Of course, they’ll not make you a better editor/colorist, but they’ll save you time once you start building muscle memory by using them.

Here are the new Blackmagic Design prices:

• DaVinci Resolve: still available for free.
• DaVinci Resolve Studio: $295, no price change.
• DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor: $295 now $395, so an increase of $100.
• DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard: $999 now $595, a saving of $400.
• DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel: $995 now $795, a saving of $200.
• DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel: $2995 now $1995, a saving of $1000.

Also, on top of these savings, all these products will now include a full DaVinci Resolve Studio license. You can look at it as an extra $295 saving because you don’t need to purchase additional software to use your keyboards/panels.

The Blackmagic Design Advanced Panel for DaVinci Resolve is still $29.995, no price drop on this one.

All these products are available now, and worldwide retailers are already adjusting their prices.
